YEAR OF SERVICE OPPORTUNITY IN MACEDONIA

Our pioneer Pippa Cookson writes:

I am running a small project to help the unemployed (there’s a 40% unemployment rate here), and the most successful part is English lessons to individuals or small groups. The young man who is doing this leaves in May, and I need to replace him then. TEFL training would be an asset, but he has done very well without.I live in Ohrid, population about 80,000, a beautiful, historic, spiritual city on a large lake, on the border with Albania. Accommodation and living are cheap, and there is plenty of activity for young people. We can find you somewhere to live, and pocket-money if required. Contact Pippa.

NORTHERN IRELAND SUMMER SCHOOL
