This year's Summer School Northern Ireland will be held in the week 16 - 22 July. The venue will, as in recent years, be the popular Lorne Centre in County Down.Make a note now in anticipation of another great School nextyear!
The theme this year is Learning from the Past, Looking to the Future. As usual there will be a full programme for all age groups as well a social and other events. Speakers include Dan Wheatley, Wendi Momen, Patrick O'Mara, Lesley Taherzadeh O'Mara, Fidelma Meehan, Maureen Sier, Brendan McNamara, and Kay Hughes. Further information from the Registrar.

The ABS in the Republic Ireland is invites expressions of interest in giving papers, presentations and workshops addressing the theme of The Search for Values in an Age of Transition, and other topics. Presentations can range from 15 to 45 minutes, followed by discussion. If you are interested, please contact Eamonn Moane by 31 May 2007.
The dates for the forthcoming Unit Conventions in Northern Ireland are Saturday 27or Sunday 28 October 2006 (depending on area). The Bahá'í Council asks you to put these dates in your diary. Unit Convention is an important event for every Bahá'í. Alternative events should not be arranged for this weekend.
