ORDERING YOUR BOOKS FOR RUHI COURSES

New arrangements for ordering the study books for Ruhi courses:

Dear Friends

The procedure for ordering Ruhi books has been changed. You should now order books directly from Baha'i Books UK. Payment for the books should still be sent to Finance Department as indicated at the top of the invoice that is sent with the parcel. To avoid frustration and disappointment, kindly take note of the following:

• The office is open from 9 am. to 5 pm. from Monday to Thursday. It is closed on Fridays.
• Please place your order by fax, email or via the web site. If you have no access to email or fax, please leave a clear message on the answerphone. There is only one person in the office so your call cannot always be answered.
• Small packets are collected from our office daily at 1.00 p.m. by Royal Mail. All the paperwork has to be completed by 12.00 p.m. We use 2nd Class postage, so you should allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
• Parcels are collected by Parcelforce on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We use the 48-hour delivery service so please allow at least two working days.
• If you are ordering from Baha'i Books UK for the first time please give your title, full name, address, telephone number, and email address if you have one. You do not have to send the details again unless there is a change.
