"Help us keep our Assembly!"

STRONG PLEA FROM LISBURN TO ALL BAHÁ'ÍS

"As you know" says Diana Lynn, "Lisburn Assembly is currently under numbers and if the borders change at Ridván we will be split into smaller groups". She went on to say, "We need the help of the wider community as this testing time." Asking for help she explained that anyone can be of service whether as a travel teacher or a pioneer or simply praying for them. In fact the request is for any Bahá'í and their friends to carry out individual initiatives with others or just themselves.

DEVOTIONAL MEETING - Sunday 11th March 4.45pm 41 Sheepwalk Road, Lisburn.

This is one meeting that can be supported and all are welcome. Anyone attending should ring Diana on 92-648006, She added, "This will be followed by a Pot Luck Supper or 'bring and share', meal to break the Fast."

Craigavon's Teaching Plan

The friends in Craigavon have set a Teaching Plan right up to Ridvan. Among the many activities friends are invited to support the following events:

APPEAL BY COOKSTOWN

There are now less than 3 months left until Ridván 158 and there are only 8 adult believers in the Cookstown community at this stage. The Assembly has felt the crucial need for a systematic plan of action for the time we have left if we hope to maintain our Assembly status at Ridván. It was with this in mind that we met our Assistant and together drew up a 12 week plan of leading us to Ridván.

The friends in Cookstown have decided to say a teaching prayer daily and meet for dawn prayers every Saturday morning. There are a number of teaching and devotional events also organised and the Assembly placed a plea for pioneers on the E.Mail NEWS service in December. We would like to ask all the friends to join us in praying for our Assembly and teaching plans. It is the ardent wish and prayer of the Assembly that through our united efforts and vision, we will soon see troops of awaiting souls in Cookstown embracing the Cause of Bahá'u'lláh.
