Government has a role to play here, which is to facilitate interaction between the different faith communities, and between them and the wider community. We need to build on the spontaneous efforts faith communities are making themselves in this direction - for example the Institute for Social Cohesion, a Bahá'í initiative bringing faith, community, business and government groups together to discuss how to improve community cohesion.
