NEW RESOURCES

Sustainable Development: the Spiritual Dimension

This is the title of a new statement from the Bahá'í International Community which will be of interest to all who are involved with, or just care about sustainable development, social and economic development, Agenda 21, etc.

To help share it with the Friends the UK Bahá’i Information Office is making it available in the following way:

On the Web: at the BIO Agenda 21 Websiteor electronically: as an attached RTF or PDF file (specify which you want) if you send an e-mail to BIO. Hard copy: on request from BIO if you send your postal address.

Disability and Discrimination

The National Spiritual Assembly has issued a new stance paper "Disability and Discrimination". It is particularly appropriate at a time when the Bahá'í community in the United Kingdom is, like others, having to move to full compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act.

The paper has been place on the national Website.

It is available on request from the Bahá'í Information Office, on paper and electronically in RTF and PDF formats.
